On a monthly and yearly basis, we provide a report of the total building energy consumption as well the consumption of each tenants. The report will be formatted to meet your requirements and can include and not limited to:
- analysis of your utility bill to insure you are billed using the lowest rate for the building energy profile
- recommendations for additional energy saving
- detailed explanation of your utility invoice and how it is divided among your tenants
- variation of the consumption during the day, week vs weekend and seasonal
- energy consumption per type of equipment (lighting, heating, ventilation, cooling, office equipment and manufacturing/process equipment)
- split of the building common load (ex: central heating system) by tenants
- description of your consumption profile
- comparison of your building energy consumption with best in class for similar type energy profile
- warning if your monthly consumption is outside your building energy profile
- energy consumed by each tenant
- Monthly, yearly statistics, graphic and trends
- others as per your requirement
