- Monitoring your energy data to establish, implement and follow an Energy Saving Program.
- Permanent or temporarily Metering of your systems, equipment and tenants to determine their energy usage and identify opportunity for savings.
- Monitoring of your utility bill to insure you have the lowest rate based on your consumption profile. We also subdivide the utility bill among your tenants based on their energy usage.
- We generate tenant energy invoices and reports that can be customized to your needs and that are issued to you monthly within 72hrs of receipt of your utility bill.
- We generate monthly energy usage for your building showing its energy profile (usage by tenants, by systems, year over year or seasonal comparison, opportunity for savings etc… ) and comparing it to peers.
- Our services can be on a cost plus basis, can be turn key (fixed price) or can be “as-a-service” which means that we own the equipment (meter and instrument to be installed) and lease it to you on a monthly basis eliminating the capital investment requirement.
